TierONE Capital collects information from investors via this registration form in its capacity as manager of the Trust.
To assist TierONE Capital in managing the Trust, and performing its duties and obligations to the Trust, information relating to you may be disclosed to other entities related to TierONE Capital including AUS Finance Group; to relevant regulators (where it is required by law), or to third parties such as administrators, custodians, registry and/or identity verification service providers who assist and provide services to our business. By completing and submitting this registration form, you consent to all such disclosures by TierONE Capital.
If you do not provide the information requested in this registration form, or provide incomplete or inaccurate information, TierONE Capital may not be able to accept or process your registration, or may be limited in the services it can provide to you.
You confirm that you have the express consent of all applicants and account holders to complete this application form on their behalf (including consent to access and confirm personal information of all individual investors with government and non-government databases for the purposes of satisfying Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing legislation (AML/CTF legislation). Applicants and account holders include individuals listed on the form, as well as company directors, beneficial owners, and individual trustees.
You confirm that all account holders are aware that Investor Portal access will be provided in line with the specifications requested by you in the form, and will include full transactional access over the account, including the ability to redeem funds to the nominated bank account provided on this form.

All applicants are required to ‘sign’ the form electronically. You, as the primary applicant completing the form, must provide the email addresses and mobile phone numbers of the other account holders.
By signing this form electronically, you agree, as the applicant, or on behalf of the applicant, that:
- the terms of this registration form are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to this registration form;
- for the purposes of the laws of Victoria, the provision of financial services by the Trust or TierONE Capital to you, the contract made between us by you submitting this form, and every transaction that is implemented between us based on this form, are not invalid because they took place by means of your electronic signature of this form;
- your identity, and that of the applicant, is true and correct and as set out in this registration form (noting that we will separately verify your identity when processing your application);
- the terms of this registration form and application process are legally binding between the applicant and the Trust and its Trustee and TierONE Capital as manager.
