To Register With Us
1. Review our Information Memorandum, and ensure that you understand the investment. Contact us for a copy.
2. Complete the online registration form. The information that you will need to complete is different for each account type.
3. We will review your registration form and be in touch to verify certain details and to confirm payment instructions with you.
4. An accountant’s certificate will be required before we can accept your first transaction. ASIC gives guidance on who can sign this document. You can also find a sample certificate HERE.
Choose Your Account Type
Joint
Register using this form if the investment is to be held under two names. Both individuals will need to sign the form.
Company
You may invest with TierONE Capital through an Australian company. All directors will need to sign the form.
Trust | Individual Trustee
Use this form if you are investing through a trust (including a self managed super fund) where the trustee is an individual. If there is more than one trustee, all trustees will need to sign the form.
Trust | Corporate Trustee
Use this form if you are investing through a trust (including a self managed super fund) where the trustee is a company. You will need the details of both the trust and the company (the corporate trustee). All directors of the corporate trustee will need to sign the form.
Information collected in these forms will be used for your subscription to units in the AUS Finance Group Investment Trust (the Trust). The trustee for the Trust is AUS Finance Group (AFSL 470573) and TierONE Capital acts as Investment Manager (AR 001279013). The information collected will be subject to the privacy policy of both AUS Finance Group (HERE) and TierONE Capital (HERE).
