Operating Account
A Cash Unit Account is your investment operating account, and is provided free of charge with every successful Investor registration.
Competitive Interest Rate
Cash Units are an investment in a cash management account held with a major Australian bank, currently ANZ. The monthly rate of return offered on Cash Units is based on the Official Cash Rate (OCR) and can be viewed on your Investor Portal.
Distribution of Funds
Distribution of all investment interest, and the return of investment principal is paid into your Cash Unit Account.
Investment Process
Funds deposited with TierONE Capital are credited to your Cash Unit Account. When you invest, Cash Units equivalent to the dollar amount will be converted into an equal number of investment units relating to that specific investment.

The TierONE Capital Investment Fund (the Fund) is a managed investment scheme that provides eligible investors with access to a diversified portfolio of cash and registered mortgage investment opportunities. The Fund aims to provide investors with income derived from loans and cash investments.
The Fund offers opportunities that provide investors the ability to select investments with projected returns, terms and risks appropriate to the investor’s individual needs and risk profile.
The TierONE Capital Investment Fund (the Fund) is only available to wholesale clients as defined by section 761G of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act); sophisticated investors as defined by section 761GA of the Act; or any other investor to whom a disclosure document is not required to be given pursuant to part 7.1 of the Act.
Investors will be asked to provide evidence of their eligibility on registration and on an ongoing basis.

There is no minimum investment amount to participate in a TierONE Capital investment opportunity.
Distributions are typically paid to investors monthly, although interest distributions may also occur upfront, quarterly or at maturity. Distribution frequency will be stipulated in the Supplementary Information Memorandum provided with each opportunity.
We strongly encourage prospective investors to speak with their financial planner, accountant or a finance professional before choosing to invest in the Fund. As with any investment, there are risks involved. Return of capital is not guaranteed and the Fund is exposed to risks including credit risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and market risk.
