You select which opportunities you invest in to build your own portfolio of income producing investments. Investors are currently receiving rates between 7.00% and 10.00% p.a. for loans secured by first mortgages. There is no minimum investment amount required to participate.

Cash Accounts
An investment in a cash management account held with a major Australian bank offering interest rates based on the Official Cash Rate.
Term Income Investments
Fixed term investments where funds are pooled and invested across both cash accounts and contributory mortgages.
How Does It Work?
1. TierONE Capital presents you with a range of income investments available through your personal Investor Portal.
2. You select which investments are right for you and you determine how much to invest in each.
3. Funds are transferred from your Cash Account to the investment you have selected, and you start earning higher income immediately.

TierONE Capital offers a range of investment opportunities including cash accounts and investments secured by registered mortgages held over real property in Australia. Opportunities are available to wholesale clients and sophisticated investors.
The TierONE Capital Investment Fund (the Fund) is a managed investment scheme that provides eligible investors with access to a diversified portfolio of cash and registered mortgage investment opportunities. The Fund aims to provide investors with income derived from loans and cash investments.
The Fund offers opportunities that provide investors the ability to select investments with projected returns, terms and risks appropriate to the investor’s individual needs and risk profile.
The TierONE Capital Investment Fund (the Fund) is only available to wholesale clients as defined by section 761G of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act); sophisticated investors as defined by section 761GA of the Act; or any other investor to whom a disclosure document is not required to be given pursuant to part 7.1 of the Act.
Investors will be asked to provide evidence of their eligibility on registration and on an ongoing basis.

There is no minimum investment amount to participate in a TierONE Capital investment opportunity.
Distributions are typically paid to investors monthly, although interest distributions may also occur upfront, quarterly or at maturity. Distribution frequency will be stipulated in the Supplementary Information Memorandum provided with each opportunity.
We strongly encourage prospective investors to speak with their financial planner, accountant or a finance professional before choosing to invest in the Fund. As with any investment, there are risks involved. Return of capital is not guaranteed and the Fund is exposed to risks including credit risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and market risk.
